Entering the UAE market requires more than setup

The UAE is one of the most structured and competitive business environments globally, and a strategic hub for companies targeting the Gulf region.
While the regulatory framework is efficient and business-friendly, successful entry into the UAE depends on positioning, relationships and a clear understanding of how the local ecosystem operates.
Demand for European expertise, particularly from Italy, is strong across sectors such as design, construction, food, technology and professional services.
However, entering the market without a structured approach often leads to misalignment, delays or ineffective positioning.
Areas of intervention
I work with projects that aim to enter the UAE with a clear strategic direction, focusing on how they should position themselves, who they need to connect with and how to move within the local system.
On the ground, I operate in coordination with EBS Group UAE, an established Emirati group with over 15 years of experience supporting international companies across structuring, development and long-term positioning.
